South Loop Condo
Hilary was initially hired to help the clients narrow down their search for furniture, colors and materials in this brand new three bedroom condo with panoramic views of downtown Chicago. Whilst creating plan options for the furniture layout it was decided that one of the bedrooms would be opened up and incorporated into the central space. This created a large area for dining and lounging that met the criteria of the clients in a spacious way and also maximized the dramatic view. Hilary worked with the client's love of Asian philosophy, art and textiles to create a warm, tranquil and inviting space.
